We will avoid pain at any and all costs but, pain is unavoidable.
Physical injuries are common and the older we get the more injuries we have.
The same, unfortunately is true for the emotional and spiritual life.
We can receive precise treatment for virtually every physical injury or disease.
But when it comes to treatment for emotional healing or spiritual healing,
there are as many different opinions as there are people in pain.
